In just two years, our first covenanted community, Mutual Aid Carrboro, has grown to 40 members and 50 participants and is operationally self-sufficient (they support their own local staff and program needs). Other groups have started in Brooklyn and Seattle, and yet others are emerging right now in more cities. In order for this model to be sustainable, we need multiple successful groups supporting the ministry that creates the session materials and curricula, provides coaching and leadership development, facilitates workshops and trainings, and further develops the model. In short, we need you to participate in building this ministry that is so vital to both the future of our faith and to the world! Read more about how to form a group of your own.
We invite you to build with us communities for fulfillment in life, sustained social justice work, the co-creation the world we know is possible, and for new expressions of our Unitarian Universalist faith. Please support our ministry here.
